Preparation

We map out your current proposition and corresponding assumptions.

We assemble your team, composed of 2 associates of kanso.company and a team member(s) of your choice. We set up your kanso tools so you can document your journey. We plan in detail the next workshop. 

The experience

Lots of ideas: We will come up with a lot of new ideas with your team.

Prototype your proposition: We check your proposition on paper for completeness and consistency.

Test your proposition: We will test the assumptions in real life. The assumptions are checked based on collected information. Assumptions are adjusted where necessary.

Follow up

After the week you get to work, get out in the wild and practice. Chances are they need refinement. The program provides four moments for refinement with a Kanso associate in an online session. 

How does developing your proposition? In two retrospectives there is ample time for reflection, learning and improvement.

We’ll tailor the program to your agenda. Kanso is here to declutter and help. We make an ambitious but not killing program, tailored to what you need now. 

The one-day workshop starts at 10 am and ends at 4 pm.  We do this at our office in Amstelveen, lunch is included, or online.
