Preparation
The preparation workshop is held at our office or online. We interview the team. We’ll investigate where the team is now. We make a change design brief, to articulate the change mind challenge. In total it will take a half day.
It is going to happen. In challenging circumstances, everyone’s change mindset is challenged and further developed. It will be an unforgettable experience. We start onboard with a breakfast and we finish with a dinner.
We offer 2 variations:
In a team conversation -scheduled within a week of the experience- of 2 hours we check whether the change we had in mind has been realized.How does developing this with your team or organisation help you to building your way forward? In two retrospectives there is ample time for reflection, learning and improvement.
We’ll tailor the program to your agenda. Kanso is here to declutter and help. We make an ambitious but not killing program, tailored to what you need now.
Good preparation is half the job. Then we start with the fast forward design with a lead time of one week.
