Your personal super powers

Experience the program

Develop your personal superpowers is a practical way to expand your comfort zone and develop new competences. Need to get change done, and could use a few more superpowers? It all starts with an adequate change mindset, but how can you improve your change leadership skills? Change works better with a fair process, but most organizations don’t practice fair process. And because they don’t, they never know what they’ve lost in the way of ideas and initiatives. That is why we at Kanso.company practice a design driven change process from personal empathy to personal impact, and we like to share the tips and tricks of the trade.

Program Fee

The program fee when bought separately of the Your turn to action program is 1175 euro ex VAT and expenses. You may qualify for a team discount of 15% discount for multiple participants who work directly at the same organization.

Your personal super powers: The experience

At Kanso.company we like to work from the principles of fair process when it comes to developing your personal superpowers. We are not too keen on forcible interventions or implementations. All of us, whatever our role in an organisation, want to be valued as human beings and not as “personnel” or “human resources.” Instead, we advocate a playbook approach that is much more human centred, and works from creativity and stories. We want to respect each other’s intelligence. We want everyone’s ideas to be taken seriously. And we want to understand the rationale behind specific changes. At kanso, we help you to develop the attitude and competences to get the beat of the system. And we help you develop the design way of working to show – not tell – your proposed changes to a wider audience.

Sounds good, fair process. So how can you make those principles work for you? We guide you through the fundamentals and practices of engagement, explanation and expectation clarity. How can you learn to get the beat of the system, make yourself clear and learn what matters for whom. You can do these workshops online as well.

You realize you are not where or who think you should be. Telling powerful, humorous stories help you to feel what you want to involve. Now, create a super power playbook that helps you to make clear why you need change, how you will change and what actions you will take. What is your port of call? And how will you get there? This 3 day course helps you to develop a playbook that keep you on track.

Developing your personal superpowers is a matter of building your way forward. Kanso.works helps you with a personal power tracker in which we track your progress, see what you learn and explore further ideas for increasing personal effectiveness.

Your take-aways

A change mindset is the mindset that guides us in changing someone or something.  The change mindset is a challenge for our brains. It may even feel unnatural.

At Kanso we believe that complex or wicked stuff like mindsets is best expressed and shared as stories. Stories have purpose, humor and they tend to stick. So here are the seven stories we tell when it comes to getting change done

Undergo the feeling of change yourself

What you will accomplish

People want to do it well, achieve results or enjoy working together. You will experience that this is counterproductive when changing. With seven of your own stories, you will involve others in applying the change mindset. Getting change done is not possible without a change mindset.

10:00 AM We create your super power challenge and the change stories. Who your clients are and you include them in your story, or perhaps even better: tell a story together.

13:00 AM Welcome to The Super Powers Playbook, a digital, dynamic, living sketch of your company’s future — and the story of how you plan to get there. In this boot camp, you will build four signature stories that you, as a leader, need to lead.

15:00 AM We set up your tools so you can document your journey.

15:45 AM Planning the rest of the program

We help to make your Power Playbook complete and correct.  As a rule, 4 hours is sufficient for this.

The power tracker is made with Trello. With Trello you can make your track beautiful and there are lots of useful things that make working with Trello even easier.

Some it is nice to talk to someone, share your experiences and gain new insights together.

Time table

Together we know more, you see, hear,  discover and feel more. Working together gives quicker and better results, you learn more together and gives energy. Together is social, laugh together and is more fun.

Your agenda is leading. Kanso is here to declutter and help. We make an ambitious but not killing program, tailored to what you need now. We decide who does what.

The one-day boot camp starts at 10 am and ends at 4 pm.  We do this at our office in Amstelveen or online.  Guidances and calls we plan after the boot camp.
