We work with Change Design Brief, to articulate the change challenge to frame the work. We assemble your team, composed of 2 associates of kanso.company and a team member(s) of your choice. We set up your kanso tools so you can document your journey. We plan in detail the sprint week.Â

After the week you get to work, get out in the wild and practice. Chances are they need refinement. The program provides four moments for refinement with a Kanso associate in an online session.Â
